Ramon Llull and human suffering today
The Miramar Monastery, founded by Ramon Llull in 1276, will be holding on Saturdays in January and February, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. a course on the projection of Lulism, called "Ramon Llull y el sufrimiento humano, hoy" and directed by José María Sevilla Marcos, master of the Maioricensis Schola Lullistica and doctor of Medicine. The course intends to transmit the modern interpretation of the positive, hopeful, theological and human message from Llull in the face of suffering and desperation. Topics dealt with include depression, pain, anxiety, human tragedy... The lessons are given in Spanish, using frequently terms, expressions and texts in Catalan.
