Sóller and Fornalutx: "II Days on Young Oil"

From December 13 to 15 in Sóller and Fornalutx the second "Jornadess de l'Oli Novell - Cultura i tradició" are being held, organised by both Town Councils and the Balearic Government.

Different cultural activities relating to the production of oil in the valley precede the fair on Sunday. This last festive day, as well as a market in the square of Sóller and entertainment activities, there will be exhibitions and the working oil mills can be visited, both in Sóller and in Fornalutx. The oil mills where there will be tastings are Can Det in Sóller, Can Xoroi in Fornalutx and the Cooperativa de Sant Bartomeu.
