The Department of Tourism of the Manacor Town Hall has just presented
its new web page:
manacor.org/turisme.
The objective of this page, according to Salvador Vadell i Pascual, delegate
for tourism, is to present the historic artistic heritage, the natural
resources and the services offered by the tourist areas of the Manacor
coast. Therefore, the portal contains information about the tourist
resources of S'Illot, Cala Mendia, Cala Murada, Porto Cristo, S'Estany
d'en Mas, Cala Anguila and Cales de Mallorca. It also includes an extensive
list of interesting visits explained with texts and photographs, a directory
of agrotourism and details about the network of tourist information offices.
For the moment the web is accessible only in Catalan but the versions
in Spanish and English are also foreseen.
