Concerts in Banyalbufar

Next Saturday, July 12, at 9 p.m., in the parish church of Banyalbufar, there will be the first concert of the series "Concerts a Banyalbufar" that is held every summer, organised by the Town Council, the Associació Cultural Bany-Al-Bahar and the Parish, and sponsored by the Consell de Mallorca.

This first concert will be by the percussionists Armando Lorente and Susana Pacheco, who will play works by J.S. Bach, Chick Corea, Lennon and McCartney, amongst others, using instruments such as the marimba or the vibraphone.

On August 9, in the same church and at the same time, there will be a concert by the Studium chamber choir and the pianist Suzanne Bradbury, conducted by Carles Ponseti.

The concerts will continue in September and October and will end with an Organ concert included in the "X Simpòsium i Jornades Internacionals de l'orgue històric de les Balears" organised by the Fundació ACA.
