The Casal Solleric in Palma is holding three exhibitions that can
be visited until September.
The main floor of the Casal Solleric in Palma is housing until September
3 the exhibition "Colección L'Oreal. Arte Contemporáneo 1985
/ 2002". The exhibition, produced by
L'Oreal
España together with the
Palma
Town Hall, groups a selection of the paintings that L'Oreal has collected
during the 18 editions of the art contest that they organise. Worth stressing
is the participation of the prize winning artists, such as Antonio Murado, Juan
Francisco Isidro, Manuel Rufo, Juan Ugalde, Simeón Saiz Ruiz, Roberto
Ruiz Ortega, Juan Giralt, Daniel G. Verbis, Enrique Larroy, Almudena Fernández
Fariña and Angel Masip, amongst others.
More over, in the ground floor, the exhibition "Marvel, els anys 70"
can be visited, until September 7. The exhibition, organised with the programme
of the
Còmic
Nostrum 2003 and commissioned by Paco Díaz and Jaume Vaquer,
groups some originals created in the 70's by comic artists and writers
of
Marvel.
As for the Espai Quatre, the hall situated in the basement of the Solleric,
it is presenting until September 7 the installation "Realitat davall vels"
by the Dominican artist Charo Oquet.
