The most awaited event is the traditional Battle between Moors and Christians.
On July 28, the patron saint festivities of Sant Elm begin. The programme of activities features cinema, music, sports activities and traditional events.
The most awaited event is the traditional Battle between Moors and Christians that will take place on the beach of Sant Elm on Friday, August 5, as from 9 p.m. Before the battle there will be a street parade and a performance by the Castellers de Mallorca, and at night there will a firework display and music by Orquesta Oasis, La Gran Orquesta Republicana, The Little Kiss and Los Cinco Duros.
The day after, Saturday, August 6, as from 8 p.m., there will be a maritime procession, followed by a mass, an open air dance and a DJ party.
The fiestas will end on Sunday night, August 7, with traditional dances by Aires d'Andratx and Balls i Tonades de Mallorca.
