Summer serenades in Son Servera

In the incomparable setting of the Església Nova.

A new series of Summer Serenades, organised by the Jeunesses Musicales from Son Servera and sponsored by the Son Servera Town Council and the Mallorcan Council, will take place in the Església Nova in Son Servera.

The first concert, on July 30th, Saturday, will be by the soprano Francisca Mas, the tenor Jaume Roca and the pianist David Mohedano. The three Mallorcan artist will play a mixture of classical and modern works.

The second concert, on August 3rd, Wednesday, will be by the Edward Grieg Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Silverio Duato, and will feature from baroque works to contemporary pieces.

The series will end on August 10th, with a concert by the International Chamber Orchestra Soloists from Genève, and will include a selection of works from all the classic stiles, but mostly music from the Romantic period.

All the concerts are free and begin at 10 p.m.
