"Sweet Paprika Fair" in Felanitx
From October 21 to 23.
On Sunday the "Fira des Pebre Bord" will be held in Felanitx. This fair conserves the name that it had when it was used by the local families to buy the "pebre bord" that they would later use to make "sobrassada". Nowadays the fair continues to be an important date in Felanitx that announces the beginning of the traditional "matances" (pig killing)..
