November is full of traditional fairs dedicated to countryside tasks, animals, crafts... Worth stressing are the famous famous Dijous bo in Inca on the 18th, the Olive Oil Fair in Caimari from the 20th to the 21st, the Honey Fair in Llubí on the 21st, the New Wine Festivity in Santa Maria del Camí on the 27th, the Autumn Fair in Sa Pobla from the 27th to the 28th, this year dedicated to rice, and the Mushroom fair in Mancor de la Vall on the 28.
