Sebastião Salgado: Portraits of Children in Migration

The exhibition "Retrats dels nins de l'èxode", unites 90 portraits by the Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado, will be held at the Sala Grande of the "Sa Nostra" Cultural Centre in Palma until June 30.

Sebastião Salgado (Aimores - Brazil, 1944) is a internationally renown photographer included in the movement known as compromising photography. "Exodus" and "Portraits of Children in Migration", are photographs taken over four and a half years in 41 countries. These are Salgado's most recent works reflect his concern for the millions of refugees, migrants and dispossessed.
