New concert season of the Balearic Symphonic Orchestra

The Orquestra Simfònica de Balears "Ciutat de Palma", conducted by Edmon Colomer, will initiate today, October 2, the new concert season 2003-2004. The Auditorium de Palma will be the venue of the 15 concerts that form the programme, until May 13, 2004.

Edmon Colomer will cede the baton to other conductors along the season, such as Matthias Aeschbacher (November 13), Lawrence Foster el (November 20), Joan Company (December 20), Gil Sharon (January 15), Oliver von Dohnanyi (March 11), Franz-Paul Decker (April 1) and Salvador Brotons (April 29).
