Internet, Health and Aids

On Friday, November 28, at the Hospital Son Llàtzer there will be the "Simposium Internet, Salud y Sida", organised by the Escola de Sida de Balears sponsored by the Spanish Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo and the Balearic Conselleria de Salud y Consumo. The following topics will be dealt with: Internet and therapies, Interference from Internet in the doctor patient relationship, virtual Net of the fight against Aids, Guide of Resources VIH/AIDS, Communication of Health on the Net, Accessibility to continuous training, Adolescence, sexuality, Aids and Internet, and virtual Sex.

The Escola de Sida de Balears is comprised of a group of professionals and volunteers implicated in the social and health problems caused by VIH/AIDS in the Balearics, the community with the most number of people affected by this illness in the whole of Spain.
