Cooking course: Every day dishes and Christmas food
The cook Ada Pascual will offer some courses in Palma, between October 9 and November 15, with the title "Curset de cuina per fer sovint i alguns plats de Nadal".

The pupils will learn how to make some traditional dishes such as the stewed, spinach croquettes or "granada" with mushrooms; and also some more complicated dishes for special events, such as the salmon marinated with blinis, stuffed loin or "gató with cream of dry figs.
