- Scallops of puff pastry filled with fish and shellfish, with fennel sauce: angler fish, hake, prawns and mussels in dices, sautéed
and accompanied by a herb fish sauce.
Finally, the two choices for the desert are:
- Almond cake with fig cream and chocolate sauce.
- Cheese Bavrois with strawberry sauce.
